<p>Anna Manylova, a friend of Chechen woman Khalimat Taramova, who was forcibly taken from a shelter for victims of domestic violence in Grozny in June, left Russia.  About this girl <a href="https://tvrain.ru/news/podruga_pohischennoj_chechenki_halimat_taramovoj_uehala_iz_rossii_iz_za_ugroz-537285/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">told</a> &#8220;Rain&#8221;. </p>
<p>According to her, in February she began to receive thunderstorms from people who presented themselves as Taramova&#8217;s relatives, and after Khalimat&#8217;s escape to Makhachkala, threats began to come to her regularly. </p>
<p>She also spoke about the attempts to hack her social media accounts.  Her Instagram story is regularly watched by representatives of the Chechen authorities and close associates of the leader of the republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, said Manylova.  Now the girl is in Europe and is not going to return to Russia yet. </p>
<p>In early July, security officials broke into a crisis apartment in Makhachkala (Dagestan) and detained its residents, including Taramova, who had previously fled her family due to beatings and threats.  Later she was forcibly taken home, to Chechnya.  The whereabouts of Taramova became known only on June 14, when the Grozny State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=4990&amp;v=7U2bmFqf6c0&amp;feature=youtu.be" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">released</a> a story about her allegedly voluntary &#8220;return&#8221; to relatives.</p>
<p>&#8220;Russian LGBT Network&#8221; <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qxuKlucc7UU" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">reported</a>that they tried to forcibly treat Taramova and “expel the genies from her” because of her relationship with the girl.  &#8220;Jellyfish&#8221; <a href="https://meduza.io/feature/2021/08/26/kak-vyyasnila-meduza-chechenku-halimat-taramovu-pytalis-lechit-ot-otnosheniy-s-lyubimoy-devushkoy-v-klinike-bez-litsenzii?utm_source=telegram&amp;utm_medium=live&amp;utm_campaign=live" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">wrote</a>that in the psychiatric clinic Taramova was prescribed unknown drugs and given exercises, with the help of which she was supposed to &#8220;get the thoughts of her beloved out of her head.&#8221; </p>
