According to the activist, the Interior Ministry informed the owner of his apartment in Moscow that Sulaimonov had been banned from entering, and that he had to leave Russia on his own in three days, Dozhd reports. Otherwise, he would have been expelled to Tajikistan, where he could be in danger because he criticized Islam and the current authorities of the country. Sulaimonov said that he is now in a “safe country”. His wife and other relatives remained in Russia.

August 30 Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation adopted the decision on the lifelong “undesirability of stay” of a citizen of Belarus, comedian Idrak Mirzalizadeh in Russia, the agency’s website reported.

“In his public speech, Idrak Mirzalizade allowed expressions that incite hatred and enmity towards persons of Russian nationality, humiliating their human dignity. In this regard, his presence on the territory of the Russian Federation is recognized as threatening public order, the rights and legitimate interests of others, ”the press release said.

Idrak’s friend, comedian Artur Chaparyan told Mash that after the end of the term of administrative arrest and release from the temporary detention facility, Mirzalizade was depressed, “did not make contact,” and recently left for Belarus and stopped answering calls.

“The fact that a person can be banned from entering this way because of a minor offense is how the legislation works,” Alexander Verkhovsky, director of the Sova Information and Analytical Center, explained to The Insider. “It is not that there are many such cases under this article. Several hundred are being recruited. It is clear that in this particular case, the point is not that it is supposed to be done, but what they decided to do loudly, they notified all of humanity about it. This is a purely propaganda action, ”the expert said.

Earlier, several dozen Russian comedians recorded a video message in support of Idrak Mirzalizade, who was arrested under an article on extremism because of a stand-up about renting apartments in Russia.

“On August 9, our friend, colleague Idrak Mirzalizade was given ten days for (attention!) A joke. For a joke that was cut out of context, for a joke in which they found inciting ethnic hatred, although Idrak just wanted to point out the problem of xenophobia and exaggerate the situation, ”said Mikhail Shats, Denis Chuzhoy, Alexander Nezlobin, Pavel Dedishchev and other comedians.

Comedian Mirzalizade was sentenced to administrative arrest on charges of inciting hatred. The reason was his performance in the March issue of the YouTube show “Acceleration”. The comedian told what tricks he used to convince realtors to rent the apartment to him. According to the protocol, the claims were prompted by his words that “the French are a great nation and can afford to be nationalists”, “and this is some Russian Pavel looking at me with a claim.”

In this context, Mirzalizade told how, when moving, he found a mattress stained with feces in his apartment. He noted that the previous tenants were Russian and jokingly suggested that Russians tend to stain mattresses with feces and go to bed.
