As follows from the materials of the case, from October 20 to November 16, 2020, the orderly, together with one of the patients, beat a teenager who was being examined in a mental hospital. “As a result of the executions, the villains broke 14 ribs, tore the spleen and beat off the kidneys. The victim fell into a coma, ”the Tyumen Regional Court reported.
Doctors of the Tobolsk Regional Hospital No. 3 saved the victim from death and performed an urgent operation.
The relatives of the beaten person went to the police. A criminal case was initiated on the fact of deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm.
The orderly was previously prosecuted for hooliganism. The case of a patient who took part in the beating of a young man was separated into a separate proceeding.
