Alexey Navalny received 30 reprimands from the administration of correctional colony No. 2 (IK-2) of the Vladimir region, where he has been since March. About it reported on the oppositionist’s Instagram.
Navalny quoted the accusatory part of one of the reprimands he was given to sign. “When entering the office, where he was summoned to pronounce a reprimand, the convicted Navalny did not introduce himself in his uniform, used uncivilized words (B … t), while demonstratively took off his cotton jacket, and then left the office without permission,” says in the post.
The oppositionist noted that he did not understand what the word designated in the reprimand as “B … t” was meant, and urged his supporters to write the answer options in the comments. “Now I sit and think: what kind of ‘B …’ is this? What could I say in this situation? <...> Nothing fits. I appeal to the collective mind, ”Navalny said.
At the end of March, Navalny toldthat in the first two weeks spent in the Pokrov colony, he received six reprimands, about 20 more reports were then under consideration by the disciplinary commission. The oppositionist was reprimanded, among other things, for refusing to watch the video lecture, calling it “idiotic”, and for being at a meeting with lawyers in a T-shirt. In the colony, Navalny is also registered as “prone to escape.”
In January, Navalny returned to Russia from Germany, where he received treatment after being poisoned by Novichok. The politician was detained at the airport, on February 2, at the request of the Federal Penitentiary Service, his suspended sentence in the Yves Rocher case was replaced with a real one. He will spend two years and six months in the Pokrova colony. Investigative Committee in early August presented Navalny received a new charge in the case of the formation of an NGO that infringes upon the personality and rights of citizens (part 2 of article 239 of the Criminal Code).
