37 foreign citizens were deported from Russia, who were accused of participating in a mass brawl in the Moscow region in early August. This is reported by “Interfax” with reference to the head of the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Tatyana Petrova.
According to Petrova, the police had previously drawn up a number of administrative protocols against these foreigners, including for violation of migration legislation.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the conflict on Pogranichnaya Street in Mytishchi outside Moscow took place on August 5. As a result, 66 foreign citizens were brought to the police stations. 134 administrative protocols were drawn up, of which: 54 under Art. 18.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation – violation of the rules of migration registration, 65 – under Art. 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (petty hooliganism) and 15 – under Art. 20.20 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (drinking alcoholic beverages in prohibited places or consuming narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances in public places).
49 detainees received administrative fines in the amount of 5 thousand rubles. The court also ruled to place them in a temporary detention center for foreign citizens with subsequent expulsion from Russia.
