In Moscow, the police drew up 169 reports on petty hooliganism (20.1 of the Administrative Code) for visitors, informs TASS with reference to the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow.
“The police officers who arrived at the scene identified a group of young citizens who, at the sight of the officers, tried to hide in one of the hostels on Babayevskaya Street,” the department said.
The police clarify that last Saturday they received a message about the gathering of young people on Babayevskaya Street, who “behaved aggressively and sorted out relations in a raised voice.”
On August 28, law enforcement officers took 49 people to the police station after reporting a mass brawl on Baumanskaya Street.
