In 2020, the activist was fined 20 thousand rubles for a picket with a poster “Smile if Putin is tired”, in 2021 he was sentenced to the same fine for participating in a rally in support of Navalny on January 23 and was arrested for five days for organizing a protest on January 31. In addition, the investigators charged Khairullin with participation in the April 21 rally.
In June of this year, the Investigative Committee began an investigation against Khairullin on the fact of repeated violations of the procedure for holding public actions. According to Bonzler, on August 20, representatives of the department summoned the activist for questioning. The lawyer stressed that Khairullin had become a suspect in the case and that the investigation had not brought charges against him. At the time of the preliminary investigation, they took a recognizance not to leave the activist.
On the eve in Kaliningrad, the police detained activists Yevgenia Fedulova and Anastasia Nekhaeva, they were taken to the regional department of the Investigative Committee. Fedulova also was presented she was charged under the “Dada” article, she was sent to a special detention center pending the election of a measure of restraint by the court. According to “7×7”, the investigation charged the activist with participation in two single pickets in 2020 and in uncoordinated actions in support of Navalny on January 23 and April 21.
