Russian authorities deported 46 migrants from the country who were detained after a mass brawl near the Kuzminki metro station in Moscow. This was announced by Vladimir Vasenin, the head of the press service of the capital’s headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, transfers TASS.
According to him, criminal cases have been initiated against eight of the 87 detainees on grounds of hooliganism (Article 213 of the Criminal Code). Most of them now are in the center for temporary detention of foreign citizens. After deportation to their homeland, they will be prohibited from entering the territory of Russia.
A mass brawl on Zelenodolskaya Street in Kuzminki took place on the night of July 13. According to various sources, from 50 to 200 people took part in it, mainly from Central Asia. After the fight, several people were hospitalized with stab wounds.
The police detained 103 people. The Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified that the participants in the brawl would be expelled from Russia with a ban on entry. An Interfax source said that the fight was staged by migrants from Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan “on the basis of personal hostility.” MK and Mash wrotethat the cause of the conflict was revenge for the fight that happened on July 11 over the girls.
