About 20% of Russian companies have fired or suspended employees for refusing to be vaccinated against coronavirus. About it informs Forbes with reference to the research of the company “Action Personnel and HR.
Experts interviewed representatives of more than 900 companies. In 46.7% of them, 10% of employees refused vaccination, in another 33.2% – about a third of the total staff, in 11.8% – more than 50%. Only 8.3% of companies did not refuse vaccination.
At the same time, almost half of the companies said they did not know how to respond to employees’ refusals to get vaccinated. In 33.3% of companies, no sanctions were applied. In 16% of companies that refused to vaccinate, they were suspended from work, and in 5% they were fired.
More than a third of Russian companies did not motivate employees to get vaccinated in any way, more than 40% threatened with sanctions and suspension from work. 25.8% of companies offered additional holidays, bonuses and other bonuses for vaccinations.
