Employees of Natura Siberica, a cosmetics company, announced about an attempted raider takeover of the company.
As stated in the open letter, Sergey Builov was appointed to the post of the president of the company in August. This personnel decision was made by the new CEO Dmitry Ganzer. The heirs of the founder of Natura Siberica Andrei Trubnikov, who died in January 2021, were not notified of Builov’s appointment to the post.
Builov worked at Natura Siberica under Trubnikov, but was dismissed by the founder of the company “for incompetence,” the report says.
The new leaders ordered to disable passes to the office territory for the founder and founder of the company Irina Yuryevna Trubnikova, her son and heir A.V. Trubnikov Dmitry Trubnikov, as well as the leading employees of the company responsible for key areas: all chief accountants, the head of the procurement department, the director for international Sales, Security Officer, and Trademark Registration Manager.
The decision to transfer some of the employees to remote work was also canceled, they were disabled access to the work network.
