As part of the state program, by December 2021, the Ministry of Finance will prepare documents for transferring state employees to the state platform “support of working communications: mail, instant messengers, video communication services.” By February 2022, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education will develop recommendations for teachers, they will have to communicate with parents, schoolchildren and students only through Russian services.

The project has already been approved by the government commission on digital development.
