Lawyer of the neo-Nazi Tesak (Maxim Marcinkevich) Alexei Mikhalchik statedthat his ex-client confessed to involvement in two double murders under torture and moral pressure on the part of the FSIN officers.

A video recording of a confession, allegedly made during the interrogation of Martsinkevich, published Readovka portal. On it, Martsinkevich says that “he helped to take guest workers to the base, hide their heads, move bodies, and then toss their heads in the Golyanov area.”

“Let me remind you that Martsinkevich was unexpectedly transferred from a colony in Komi to a pre-trial detention center in Krasnoyarsk, although the crime he talks about in the video was being investigated in Moscow. He was held in that isolation ward for almost a year. After that, in the Novosibirsk isolation ward, he said that he had incriminated himself and other people under physical and psychological pressure, ”Mikhalchik explained.

On September 16, the neo-Nazi and founder of the Restrukt movement, Maxim Martsinkevich, was found dead in a cell in a pre-trial detention center in Chelyabinsk. Telegram-channel “Press-Khata” published a photo of the neo-Nazi’s suicide note, in which Martsinkevich apologizes to the SIZO administration “for the inconvenience” and asks to give the woman, whom he calls his common-law wife, a black diary and the book “Protectionism and Communism”.

Representative of the Investigative Committee Svetlana Petrenko statedthat before his death, Tesak confessed to involvement in two double murders. Later was found another suicide note by Martsinkevich, from its content it follows that he did not commit the murders of involvement in which Martsinkevich confessed, and that he slandered all those indicated in his testimony.

Later Tesak’s lawyer and his father Sergei Martsinkevich stated that during the identification they found signs of torture on Martsinkevich’s body. In particular, Sergei Martsinkevich stressed that his son’s nails were torn out, which is confirmed by the results of the forensic examination.
