Almost 39 million people have been vaccinated against coronavirus in Russia. About it reported head of the Ministry of Health Mikhail Murashko.
“Today, 38 million 900 thousand people have already been vaccinated in the regions, taking into account all departments, in the last week alone the number of vaccinated people has increased by 4 million,” Murashko said.
According to him, the highest rates of vaccination are observed in the Belgorod, Pskov, Samara and Arkhangelsk regions, as well as in Chechnya.
As the minister noted, in total, more than 6 thousand stationary points and more than 2.5 thousand mobile vaccination points have been deployed in Russia, 6.5 thousand mobile vaccination teams are involved.
