Lev Shlosberg and Nikolai Kuzmin were reinstated in the elections to the Pskov Regional Assembly

The regional electoral commission reinstated the leader of the local branch of Yabloko Lev Shlosberg and member of the regional council of the branch Nikolai Kuzmin in the elections to the Pskov regional assembly. About it informs MBH Media.

“As the election commission writes, the court decision on the FBK case on recognizing them as extremist organizations did not come into legal force yesterday. If you believe what the election commission wrote, then yes, it seems like we are registered on the list, ”Kuzmin told the newspaper.

On the eve of Schlosberg and Kuzmin removed from the elections in the Pskov region. This decision was made on the basis of a letter from the Ministry of Justice, which stated that the politicians participated in the rally organized by the FBK.

At the same time, Lev Shlosberg was registered as a candidate for the State Duma.

“I believe that something happened to the election commission of the Pskov region, and it needs urgent legal assistance,” Schlosberg told The Insider. “I will try to provide this assistance to the election commission of the Pskov region. I am participating in two election campaigns. In the Pskov region, I am the leader of the Yabloko party and I run in the elections to the State Duma in a single-mandate constituency. I do not have a value rating, both of these campaigns are equally important to me, ”said Schlosberg.
