The Yakut city court sent the shaman Gabyshev for compulsory treatment to a specialized type of medical organization with intensive supervision. About it informs “MBH Media” with reference to the lawyer of “Human Rights Protection of the Postcard” Alexei Pryanishnikov.

“These are special conditions – grates wherever possible. Murderers, rapists – those who have committed grave and especially grave crimes are sent into such a regime, ”Pryanishnikov said.

According to him, the most important thing in this regimen is the use of increased doses of antipsychotics in order to significantly limit motor abilities. At the same time, the period of stay in such institutions is not established.

The defense lawyer will file an appeal against the court decision.

The Yakut shaman became known throughout Russia after in the spring of 2019, together with like-minded people, he organized a “trip to Moscow” to conduct a “rite of exile for Putin.” He was detained a few months later on the border of Buryatia and the Irkutsk region. From the police, Gabyshev was sent to a neuropsychiatric dispensary, and a criminal case was opened against him for incitement to extremism.
