Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the Order of Merit to the Fatherland, IV degree, to Yuri Kovalchuk. Relevant decree published on the Internet portal of legal information.

Kovalchuk received an award “for his great contribution to the implementation of socially significant projects in the Republic of Crimea.”

Earlier edition “Project” issued investigation of Yuri Kovalchuk. As the authors of the text write, he actually performs the functions of Vladimir Putin’s “personal consigliere” and, thanks to this, has become the second most important person in the country. In particular, Kovalchuk and people and companies associated with him own land and luxury real estate scattered throughout the country, and much indicates that Putin is using these facilities. For example, a company associated with Kovalchuk built six hectares of a landscape park with a helipad and two houses near the Gelendzhik airport, on Tonky Cape. The project of Kovalchuk in Gelendzhik was created by the architect Yevgeny Merkuriev, who is the author of another “Putin’s dacha” – on the shores of Lake Ladoga. Kovalchuk also owns “Winter’s Dacha” on the banks of Ladoga, which local residents attribute to Putin.

Putin also awarded the Order of Friendship to Children’s Ombudsman Anna Kuznetsova “for her great contribution to the implementation of state policy in the field of protection of motherhood, fatherhood and childhood.”

In addition, the title “Honored Officer of the Investigative Bodies of the Russian Federation” was awarded to the head of the Main Military Investigation Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee, Sergei Barsukov. Senior Investigator for Particularly Important Cases of the Second Investigation Department of the Investigative Directorate of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Main Investigative Directorate Andrey Dneprovsky and the head of the second investigative department of the Investigative Directorate of the Main Investigative Directorate Nikolay Erofeev received medals of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, first degree; For services to the Fatherland “, second degree.

Dneprovsky was involved in the Oboronservis case. Vidyukov investigated, in particular, the cases of the former head of the Serpukhov region, Alexander Shestun, and the former head of the Ministry of Economic Development, Alexei Ulyukaev.
