The Savelovsky court in Moscow fined Valentina Muzhenskaya 4 thousand rubles, who was severely detained at the MFC for refusing to wear a mask. She was found guilty of disobeying the lawful request of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code), informs MBH Media.

“The court found Mujenskaya guilty and imposed a fine of four thousand rubles. All the petitions of the defense were rejected, we will file an appeal, ”explained Natalya Moiseeva, attorney for Muzhenskoy.

Mujenskaya was detained on June 25. She said that she took off her mask while she was waiting for her turn at the MFC because she felt unwell. Center staff called the police. The police asked the woman to go with them, but she refused. After that, they carried her out of the building, while she was being dragged along the ground, she lost consciousness.

Muzenskaya said that doctors recorded bruises, bruises, abrasions on her arms and legs. She wrote statements to the Investigative Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said that in response to the request of the police to comply with the requirements of the sanitary and epidemiological regime, the woman “began to behave aggressively, shouted, hit the police officer on the leg several times and bit the second law enforcement officer.”
