The Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested forensic scientist Alexander Pentsakov, who was conducting an investigation into the case of the death of the deputy head of the department of culture of the capital, Leonid Osharin. According to TASS, Pentsakov is suspected of forgery.
The suspect was sent to a pre-trial detention center until September 21.
