The Supreme Court of Dagestan ruled to restrict the parental rights of the ex-husband of 33-year-old Nina Tseretilova, who had previously been given three of their joint children because of the woman’s “immoral lifestyle”. informs MBH Media.
Thus, Tseretilova was satisfied with the lawsuit, which she filed in response to the lawsuit of her ex-husband Magomed, who demanded that she be limited in parental rights, but did not appear at any court session.
“Our claim was satisfied in full – limitation of parental rights. The grounds for this were all: failure to fulfill parental responsibilities, abuse of parental rights, administrative procedures, criminal offenses, failure to comply with a court decision at the place of residence of children, failure to pay alimony, “Tseretilova explained to the publication.
Earlier, Tseretilova appealed against the decision of the Kirovsky District Court, which in July last year decided to transfer two sons and a daughter to Tseretilova’s ex-husband Magomed.
During the session of the People’s Assembly of Dagestan, the woman was supported by the acting head of Dagestan Sergei Melikov.
“I just don’t want this situation to take us back to the Middle Ages. Unfortunately, this sometimes happens with us – no, no, yes, these things manifest themselves. Children, at least today, cannot be found. Where their father hid – I do not know. Therefore, within the framework of the court’s decision, I would like you to get involved in this situation and ensure its lawful execution, because, unfortunately, such things take place in Dagestan and do not paint it in any way “, – said Меликов.
The conflict with Nina Tseretilova’s ex-husband began in 2018, when she filed a lawsuit to resume the payment of alimony.
“At that time he lived in Moscow, he started paying only in 2020. But first he came to Makhachkala and stole my children. I waited until I left for training, and took them even without jackets, and it was in January. I returned home – there are no children, their phones are silent ”, – told woman in an interview with Novaya Gazeta.
