The Moscow prosecutor’s office canceled the decision to initiate a criminal case against the Muscovite Valentina Muzhenskaya, who was dragged out of the MFC building on June 25 by police after refusing to put on a mask. Reported by RIA Novosti and TASS citing sources in law enforcement agencies.
Earlier it became known that in relation to a woman aroused a criminal case on the use of violence against a police officer (Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to the interlocutor of RIA Novosti, this decision was canceled due to the lack of data on the alleged crime.
However, according to the source, Muzenskaya was brought to administrative responsibility under several articles.
Mujenskaya was detained on June 25. She said that she took off her mask while she was waiting for her turn at the MFC because she felt unwell. Center staff called the police. The police asked the woman to go with them, but she refused. After that, they carried her out of the building, while she was being dragged along the ground, she lost consciousness.
