The Central Ring Road has its own call center, whose employees must deal with controversial issues, but for many Android users, calls from this call center do not go through, because they are defined as spam.

The problem is that if the debt is not paid in 5 days, a fine will be issued. “
Some people do not even know that they are entering the toll section of the Central Ring Road, because there are no signs, and then heavy fines come, but it is impossible to prove something to someone.
“I absolutely accidentally learned from my daughter, who, in turn, read this on some forum on Facebook, that the Central Ring Road is paid in places,” says Natalya Alekseeva. – It turned out that there is a personal account on the site, I went there and saw several invoices and penalties for late payments.
