Alexey Navalny’s team filed three complaints with the Investigative Committee against the head of Rostourism Zarina Doguzova, reported on Navalny’s website.
The complaints were filed after an investigation into how the official was included in the lists of those in need, stood in line to receive an apartment in an elite house on Sadovnicheskaya Embankment and received it. As noted in the investigation, Doguzova received 105 sq m of housing, the market value of which is about 60 million rubles.
The first complaint from Navalny’s team concerns the provision of false information. In her income statement, Doguzova for 2020 indicated an income of 3.6 million rubles, “while we only counted clothes and jewelry for her at 30 million,” the FBK said. In one of the photographs published by the authors of the investigation, Doguzova came to the economic forum in a Chanel suit for 1 million 200 thousand rubles.
The second is a statement under two articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – abuse of office and abuse of office. As noted in the message, she could not apply for an apartment from the housing stock, in a house built at a budgetary expense.
The third statement about falsification of Rosreestr, from where the information about the owner of this apartment was deleted – instead of the owner’s data, the registry says “The requested information is missing.”
