More than 80% of the interviewed prosecutors are confident in the independence and objectivity of justice, while three quarters of entrepreneurs do not consider it as such.

“The accusatory bias of the investigation is now the norm in the investigation of crimes in the field of entrepreneurial and other economic activities,” Titov added.
