The Second Western District Military Court in Moscow has sentenced the resident of Mytishchi Oleg Makurin to a fine of 300 thousand rubles in the case of justifying terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code). About it writes OVD-Info with reference to lawyer Anastasia Samorukova.
According to the publication, in 2019, Oleg Makurin made a repost of a publication on the VKontakte social network, where it was proposed to “think about” the case of a shooting near the FSB building in Moscow, which was staged by 39-year-old Evgeny Manyurov in December of the same year.
In addition to Manyurov, the publication mentioned Anton Konev, who in 2017 attacked the FSB department for the Khabarovsk Territory, as well as Mikhail Zhlobitsky, who set off an explosion in the building of the Arkhangelsk FSB department a year later.
A criminal case against Makurin was initiated in December last year, a month later he was sent to a pre-trial detention center. According to Anastasia Samorukova, the accused stated in court that he condemns terrorism, and, while reposting the recording, did not think about his acquittal.
